PostHeaderIcon Custom Order FAQ

Yes! I do custom orders!

Here are questions I get asked about custom orders all the time:

Can you make replacement parts for certain kinds of furniture, like spindles for tables and chairs? The answer is really yes and no. It depends on what it is. There are certain limitation on items.

What kind of custom orders do you do? I'll consider any project. In the past, I have inlaid turquoise in an urn. There are many options with custom orders, obviously, and we can discuss then in further detail when you have an idea of what you might like. The reason we need to discuss your custom order is there are always limitations on what materials are available and costs at the time of your order.

What kind of payment do you require on custom orders? Custom orders are exactly that, custom made just for you. That means that there is not necessarily a set price for a custom order. In addition, once you make your custom order, I do require that you pay in full at the time of the order. Because we have discussed everything in advance, you have assurance in my ability and I have every reason to complete your order as we have specified.

How do I pay for my custom order? Contact me directly, and we'll discuss payment arrangements.

Do you have references on your work? Yes, I do. Please contact me and ask and I will supply them to you.

PostHeaderIcon Urns

Urns range in pricing depending on the size you need and the type of wood you would like it made out of.  Not all woods are available. The prices listed below are starting prices which may vary depending on your wood selection.

Memorial Urn (approx. 3.5" tall and 1.5" diameter) start at $40.

Small Urns (approx. 5" tall and 3.5" diameter) start at $60.

Medium Urns (approx. 7" tall and 4.5" diameter) start at $95.

Large Urns (approx. 10" tall and 6" diameter) start at $275.

Discounts available for funeral homes and crematories.

REMEMBER!

These are one of a kind creations. No two are alike. No one else on the planet will have the same urn that you do!

Think of it this way...no two trees have the exact same grain or color. That means that it is impossible for me to "recreate" anything.  Please visit my Online Store to see additional items.

PostHeaderIcon Kaleidoscopes

The kaleidoscope pictured here is made of aspen and the entire scope must be rotated to manipulate the image in the cell. A stand is included with your purchase.  I use front surface mirror in all of my scopes.  Prices start at $125.

The kaleidoscope pictured here is made of walnut and has a fully rotating object cell.  A stand is included with your purchase.   Prices start at $325.

Remember: everything is assembled by hand! The object cell is even filled with lampwork glass which I make myself. I use front surface mirror in all of my scopes and can put together either a 2-piece or 3-piece mirror in my kaleidoscopes. A 2 mirror scope reflects a mandala or single round picture, while a 3 mirror scope repeats the image from one end of the scope to the other.  Please check out my Online Store to see additional items.
